Just outside, Town Square Park is the new home of a Veterans' Memorial erected by the city. It honors servicemen and women who lost their lives fighting for their country.</p> <p>City Hall is not just a place where city council meetings are held and the Mayor is sometimes spotted. It's a place where residents and businesspeople can go for needs, such as building permits, business licenses and all planning and development matters. Assistance in resolving county issues is available for constituents of district three.</p> <p>Stone is in the second year of his second four-year term as county supervisor. The third district is comprised of Canyon Lake, Hemet, Menifee, Murrieta, San Jacinto and Temecula, along with 18 unincorporated communities.</p> <p>He previously served as a Temecula City councilman and mayor.</p>
