@enough, yes buy my question was does the state have plans in the works to fix the underlyingRead More problem which is bed space. Are their plans or is the state currently expanding prison facilities?

@ChrisG: Sorry I answered not directly though I understood your question. It's more of county prisons that mostly are planning or already had expanded if not build new facilities. Thanks.

Wow! Talk about Brown-Obama-Democrat Cronyism. Not only can the system be built and installed forRead More less than $500/node, it already has. I helped with one of the nodes with-in the past four years. The system (requiring less than 25 sq.ft. (donated) can be set up similar to a Home WiFi Security Cam with FTP access. Really it can be automatically monitored and maintained for free through a cooperating University. This is merely a $16 million a year hornswoggle going into the crony's pocket. Its dirtier than greedy profit. All that, lying cheating and stealing on top of it. Republicans in office don't deserve to be there because they do not study and know about the communities they represent or what they have already (and recently) funded. They are not doing their jobs in a two party system. Having formerly worked for the DNC the only thing good I can say about democrats is they at least learn their constituencies well enough to manipulate them.

According to the Obama administration, the transferees are being transported from Texas's Rio GrandeRead More Valley, where around 40,000 have surrendered at the U.S.-Mexico border since the beginning of the year. This figure only is for the children. Yesterday Obama said they apprehended all of these illegals, today they surrendered. We all read the news and know they have come her gladly to come to the US be accepted and fed, clothed, educated and cared for. This is what Obama spent millions of dollars advertising for. Now he continues to blackmail Congress give him billions to facilitate his crazy scheme. The American citizens, taxpayers and legal immigrants lose no matter how you look at it. Obama wants to know how long it will take Congress to pass his request for money. The American people want to know when Obama will secure the border and follow the laws regarding deportation. THE LAW FOR NOT DEPORTING ILLEGALLY TRAFFICKED CHILDREN ISN'T EVEN IN THE PROCESS TO BE CHANGED. THIS WAS NOT INCLUDED IN WHAT OBAMA REQUESTED, LEFT OUT INTENTIONALLY. HE WILL NOT DEPORT. HE HAS MADE THIS DECISION ON THE BACK OF THE TAXPAYERS.

America just opened the doors for immigrants to cheat the system where now the U.S. citizens can'tRead More afford medical , or a college degree. Free appllications for college are granted for illegals as long as they have graduated from a highschool or have done three years of highschool. Its easy for illegals to go to our schools because they just need a card with their name on it from a library.Well its really easy to get a card with your name on it from a local community store. Then if they don't have enough money to go to college they are granted government money to go to UCLA or USC, Fullerton all the California colleges grant free rides. The problem is after they receive their college degree and say they are making a better place for America (Not admitting they got in for free) pass with a C as a doctor and Wow they make it sound like they struggled. But yet the American people can't afford for their own kids going because they only qualify to make payments for their children with $1,600. a month for them to go to college. Why should the AMerican people have to pay when they legally are paying their taxes, and getting by with paying for everything.

To all Murrieta citizens please note the following: - Murrieta is a spanish surname that might comeRead More from the first spanish colony in the place where you live. So it means someone was there before you, therefore you are also in a land that was not meant to be YOURS. - If you want Central Americans to stop coming to Murrieta or simply the U.S,. you may want to know that this violence refugees are seeking peace because in their countries, drug dealers have taken the power. But why? not because Central Americans are drug addicts oh no, they are too poor for that! is just because Central America is the easiest way to go from South America to NORTH AMERICA, where people take these drugs. So maybe it would be better to stop things from inside, and take care of your children and your youngsters, and stop the use of drugs, because if there is no market, there is no offer! And moreover, this would stop the war between the cartels, and Central Americans would have peace, and would be able to enjoy and stay in their own countries.

I totally get why people want to be here- it is a land of immigrants, but what I don't get it is theRead More attitude if entitlement. Entitled to drive, rent, work, have healthcare etc etc same as citizens and legal residents, but with out papers? It defines logic and common sense. Why bother having laws then? Try going to another country on this earth, and doing any of these things without papers and see how far you get. The other thing no one speaks about is a lot of illegals or PC term "undocumented" people are criminals in their home countries, but since they are here illegally they are not vetted so you don't know who they are. Many go by fake names etc. So for the ones who want the undocumented people here think twice you are putting yourself and your loved ones in danger and you will be funding your hard earn money on individuals who will take advantage of your country and affect our city not in a good way! I love that this Nation is multicultural and I don't have an issue with others who want to have an American nationality and contribute to our nations economy and contribute to better their lives my issue is with undocumented people wanted to take advantage of this country and have an attitude of entitlement and have the mentality of what this country can do for me it's what do you have to offer to better yourself and this country. If you come here illegally you come at your own risk, and should not expect to have things handed to you just because. As human beings yes, we need to help children, but in the correct way, where we don't put our nation's children ay risk. Our president needs to work closely with the presidents of the undocumented people and give them resources to better their country! If we continue to except the responsibility of other countries we are going to deal with possible dangers and more debt we will be the ones to suffer including our children. Obama is very irresponsible to have let this occur and for the president of Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador they need to ask themselves why are my people leaving? If there is a problem wake up and help your people! You should be embarrassed that another country is putting up with your responsibility! Enough is enough!!!!

I drove a transit bus for 36 years, including split shifts, even 4-10 splits. Having a 3 day weekend every weekend is really nice. There are not many jobs where you have all the options to choose your hours and days off. Pay your dues, get a little seniority and make the best of it. If you can't handle those hours maybe this isn't the industry for you, a 9 to 5 job might work out better.
