When you see an ad for horse property - you expect some or even all homeowners to have horses on large lots. Small residential lots with their reduced size backyards are not conducive for raising livestock. I am so glad I'm not a neighbor to this - nice people or not.

2) The layout is too narrow and non-responsive, with barely 1/3 of the available space on a 1920x1080 display being used for actual articles. there is no reason to use a fixed-width layout in 2013. If this is a limitation of what AOL allows patch editors to do in regards to overal appearance then a bug report should be filed with them by whoever is in charge of technical aspects of the site. If individual patch editors have control over the CSS of their sites, then the width should be a variable width in order to maximize utilized screen realestate. Most screens have a width greater than 1300 pixels, so the average user of the patch is seeing a blank area of anywhere from 150 to 300 pixels on each side.
