What you're saying seems valid Wayne, but in this case the location is on the northbound onramp fromRead More Scott Rd. Not actually on the widened portion of the 215 freeway

Didn't I just say 4 hours ago that lucky no one was injured severly. This location at Scott RoadRead More will see many accidents as the lane width drops from 3 to 2.

If you want pigs - move to the country. Pets or not - pigs are livestock. Murrieta needs toRead More re-examine their ordinance to not only limit the number of pigs (goats, chickens, cows, horses and any other livestock), but to also have a minimum square footage requirement for permissible lots. When you see an ad for horse property - you expect some or even all homeowners to have horses on large lots. Small residential lots with their reduced size backyards are not conducive for raising livestock. I am so glad I'm not a neighbor to this - nice people or not.

I believe the gov. of Murrieta could appropriate funds to the pig owners but are afraid of beingRead More accused of Pork Barrel spending. Nothing will be done about the pigs because we live in an area where there are military personal and the possibility of some Grunts being affected is to much to ask. [apologies to our servicemen/women just humor]. As far as the smell of the pigs goes, thats understandable to anyone, but calling in the authorities i would not have done, someone here Squealed on Porky-----th th thats all Folks

Oh, and apparently another bug, line breaks are not working in comments...
Winston May 15, 2013 at 12:38 pm
1) The new comment box, at least on the home page, resets itself to blank if i tab away from theRead More patch page, huge design flaw here. 2) The layout is too narrow and non-responsive, with barely 1/3 of the available space on a 1920x1080 display being used for actual articles. there is no reason to use a fixed-width layout in 2013. If this is a limitation of what AOL allows patch editors to do in regards to overal appearance then a bug report should be filed with them by whoever is in charge of technical aspects of the site. If individual patch editors have control over the CSS of their sites, then the width should be a variable width in order to maximize utilized screen realestate. Most screens have a width greater than 1300 pixels, so the average user of the patch is seeing a blank area of anywhere from 150 to 300 pixels on each side. http://www.usability.gov/pdfs/chapter6.pdf <---good guidelines on usability http://store.steampowered.com/hwsurvey/ <---consumer hardware statistics.

Not a fan of the new lay out when an advertisement for Grape Nuts covers the first 4 articles so youRead More can't see them.
