Community Update

Poor customer service. They don't answer their phones, on hold for a long time, when you finally get someone they say they are busy and will have someone call you and that takes days for a call back.Took me @ a week to get a hold of someone to make my first appointment which I had to wait @ a month for. Had abnormal results and had to wait a month for another appointment which then was cancelled because the machine broke. Now I have to wait another month because they are so busy. No compassion from the scheduler when I complained about having to wait so long. I have to wait and worry for 2 months to find out if I have breast cancer or not. Who knows if they will cancel my next appointment.
