Learn How to Make Salsa, Guac at Murrieta Library

A culinary expert is set to demonstrate how to make the spicy meal complements.

Spice up that summer menu by learning how to make fresh guacamole and salsa during a demonstration at the Murrieta Public Library.

Adults 18 and older are invited when culinary expert Mia Cucuta divulges the secrets to making the tasty meal complements at 5:30 p.m. Monday, July 9 in the Library’s Community Room.

A former employee of “Murrieta Cooks,” Cucuta is well-known in the area for her expert advice and background in making easy, savory dishes and with fresh and healthy ingredients, a Library news release stated.

After Cucuta’s demonstration, participants will have an opportunity to sample the tasty sauces created during the program.  

All ingredients will be provided at this one-hour event, which is part of the Library’s Adult “Between the Covers.”
