Region's All-Star Basketball Players to Shine March 29
The 7th Annual Desert Valley All Star Games will be held Friday, March 29 at Vista Murrieta High School.
Standout high school basketball players have been invited to participate in the 7th Annual Desert Valley All Star Games to be held Friday, March 29 at Vista Murrieta High School.
There will be boys and girls games featuring a roster of players from throughout the Inland Empire and desert areas.
"This game has been recognized by many colleges and basketball magazines as a must see event," said Todd Malecki, game director and Icemen Basketball coach.

College coaches expected to attend are from D2, NAIA, D3 and junior college levels, according to Malecki.
The public is encouraged to attend. Girls will play from 6 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. and boys from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., with three-point and free-throw contests before each game and slam dunk contests during halftime. Tickets are $8 for adults and $6 for students and children.

"We've worked hard to make this a memorable event for the kids," Malecki said.
