Inland Empire Cheer & Dance Championship Held in Murrieta

Cheer and dance teams from throughout the Inland Empire converged on Murrieta Saturday to compete in a regional championship.

Murrieta Mesa High School played host to the Inland Empire Regional Cheer and Dance Championships this weekend.

The event was put on by Cheer Pros of Huntington Beach. The organization’s goal is to provide competition to give cheerleaders and dancers at all levels the ability to showcase their abilities and talent.

Showcase their abilities they did. Boys and girls who competed showed enormous amounts of athleticism. The day consisted of tough routines, tougher physical work and perfecting their smiles.
