31757 Browning St Murrieta CA 92563  See map

Class Description: Body Sculpting™ is one-hour cardiovascular strength training exercise class that shapes and tones the entire body and helps prevent osteoporosis. No dancing, jumping or jazzing… just results! Depending on your age and fitness level, bring a set of 3 to 5-pound dumbbells (each), a stretch band, a water bottle and an exercise mat. Accommodates beginner to advanced fitness levels ages 60 and under... work out at your own pace! Eight, one-hour classes in each term.  Fee:  $55 each eight-class term.  Advance registration required either online at gerifit.com, or call 1-888-GERI-FIT (437-4348) to register.  We welcome Active&Fit members!

Don't be fooled by imitations.  If you're not working out with weights the entire hour, you're not doing Body Sculpting™.  Also available on DVD. Visit gerifit.com for more info about DVD's.

Directions: The French Valley Community Center is located at 31757 Browning St., Murrieta, CA 92563. Classes are held in the Meeting Room (to the right as you pass the front desk.)

Hey Maggie, I don't get a chance to talk to the help desk but the ad has gone away for now. I justRead More made a comment on one of Carl Petersons blogs and now the comment has disappeared and no trace of it in my comment history. Are comments still pending proof reading before they post? Was it taken down by the blog author? I realize you guys have made a lot of changes so I'm still not sure if there are bugs being worked out or if some thing else is going on. Any help would be appreciated.
