FREE Geri-Fit Strength Training Demonstration -- Learn to Lift Weights to Build Strength

FREE CLASS!  Find out why strength training is the fastest way to build muscle.  If you're past the age of 55, you probably don't realize you're losing one pound of muscle each year as you age.  In order to combat muscle loss, lift weights now to keep your strength and help prevent osteoporosis at the same time! 

A Certified Strength Training Specialist will demonstrate 15 key strength training exercises that strengthen all the muscles in the body.  This is a watch and learn class and no participation is required.  You're welcome to take notes and handouts of the exercises will be given at the end.
