Shopping for Food, produce, paper products, where to go?

Wow..shocking as it sounds, Winco is expensive on some items..I have traveled the stores out here, combed all the aisles and can tell you where to go, what to buy, when to buy, and how much you save!  Its a shocker, the price differences out here in the Inland empire..I lived at the beach/South Bay area my entire life..also Mission Beach/Bay as well, but you can go into ONE store in those areas, get what you need and head for home, not out here!
I have literally gone from Winco right across the street to the 99cents store, to buy the rest of my paper products, candies, cookie mixes, cards, because Winco made up for their cheaper prices, on their other desired items..we all like some form of fun foods..well, Winco gets this..and that's where the prices jump, unless you hit their bin aisles..and that can be pricy as well...the regular stores, Vons/Albertsons gouge you so bad, a hundred bucks gets you zip..unless you purchase only the SALE items..and those are not that tasty or good for YOU..
So let's explore what is good, not so good, good for you, and what money you have to work with.  In addition, if you are in trouble financially, the churches out here, have food baskets weekly, that can be wonderful or they accept donations, and/or EBT cards can be given out, if NEED be.  Its better than going hungry in an otherwise expensive area to purchase food!
