Neon Trees to Play Benefit Concert at Vista Murrieta High School

Tickets go on sale at 12:00 a.m. April 25 for the June 8 concert.

Neon Trees will headline a summer kick-off fundraising concert along with special guests one night only on June 8 at Vista Murrieta High School’s football stadium, 28251 Clinton Keith Road, Murrieta. This is an all-ages show, open to the public and doors will open at 6 p.m.

Tickets will go on sale at 12 a.m. on April 25 and are available online at SHOWCLIX.com. The concert will feature festival and bleacher seating for the price of $29. Seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. All proceeds from the concert will go to support Vista Murrieta High School’s co-curricular programs.

Neon Trees originally formed in Murrieta and gained notoriety in 2010 with the release of their first album, Habits. Not long after that, their first single "Animal" hit No. 13 on Billboard’s Hot 100, and No. 1 on the Alternative Rock Chart. Their second release, “Everybody Talks” hit No. 6 on Billboard and No. 1 on HOT AC. On New Year’s Eve 2012, Neon Trees was featured on Dick Clark's New Year’s Rockin’ Eve and they played Times Square in New York to a nationally televised audience. Neon Trees was recently on a national tour with Maroon 5.

According to the school's website, the event is "a tobacco, alcohol and drug-free event and open to the public. Tickets prices are pre-sale only. All controlled substances and/or weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. We have the right to refuse entry for unwelcome behavior. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.  Rain or shine event. All patrons are subject to search prior to entry."
