Guests, Sponsors Invited to MSJC Foundation Gala

The Mt. San Jacinto College Foundation is inviting sponsors and guests to its 4th Annual Evening with Our Stars Gala scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012, at the Pechanga Resort in Temecula.

The gala is the Foundation’s signature event to raise money for student scholarships and other endeavors that benefit students and Mt. San Jacinto College. It is open to the public.

This year’s theme, Beyond Imagination: A Celebration of the Visual Arts, will feature the artwork created by many talented MSJC students involved in a variety of disciplines, from digital photography to paintings to sculpture. Winners of a student art contest will be announced at the gala. The winners will receive scholarships ranging from $250 to $1,000 to help them reach their educational goals.

The gala is a semi-formal event. Cocktail attire is appropriate. The event promises an evening of fun while also raising funds that benefit MSJC students. It will offer an elegant buffet-style meal, live music by the MSJC Menifee Jazz Ensemble, DJ music, dancing and a silent auction.

The event will begin at 5 p.m. on Feb. 11 at Pechanga Resort and Casino in Temecula.
