Mt. San jacinto College Menifee Valley Campus English Department, in association with Poets & Writers, Inc., will host a reading and presentation by James Brown, award-winning author of the addiction memoirs, The Los Angeles Diaries, and This River.

The presentation Nov. 1 at the Menifee campus, 28237 La Piedra Rd., Menifee, will be in Room 927 of the Technology Building and is free and open to the public.

In addition to reading, Brown will address questions from the audience regarding writing and issues of addiction and alcoholism.
