Do many of your finest fantasies involve chocolate desserts? Does the mere mention of elegant French pastries or exquisite cakes make you happy? If so, then this workshop may just be what you are looking for. All Levels are welcome. Recipes are included. Together, students eat what they make in class! For food allergies or special diet please notify staff at time of registration. Menus change for each session. Menu: Chocolate: Best chocolate cake, fine French chocolates, chocolate madeleines, chocolate mousse. Two class sessions.
