Regular Murrieta City Council Meeting Canceled

The first meeting in January is typically canceled because of a lack of preparation time due to the preceding holidays.

Murrieta City Council's next regularly scheduled meeting has been canceled and rescheduled, according to a public announcement.

The Council meets the first and third Tuesdays of each month; however, the meeting for Tuesday, Jan. 7 will not be held pursuant to a 2008 Council resolution which calls for the cancellation of the first meeting of every January because of a lack of preparation time due to the preceding holidays.

Murrieta City Council's next meeting is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 21.
