The community is invited to attend a public open house about the Interstate 215 widening in Murrieta. Work is scheduled to begin in March, and will add a lane in each direction between Murrieta Hot Springs and Scott roads.
The Riverside County Transportation Commission, California Department of Transportation and the City of Murrieta are hosting the open house at the Murrieta Public Library.
