City to Host Meetings to Further South Korean Exports

Local export-oriented businesses are invited to schedule one-on-one meetings with Mr. Keenton Chiang, who will be at Murrieta City Hall on Dec. 26.

The City of Murrieta and the U.S. Department of Commerce have teamed up to host Mr. Keenton Chiang, the new Commercial Officer at the U.S. Embassy in South Korea.

The meeting will take place from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 26 at Murrieta City Hall. The City is currently arranging one-on-one meetings for local export-oriented businesses who would like to meet individually with Mr. Chiang to learn more about growing their exports to South Korea.

"The City of Murrieta has a unique cooperative agreement with the U.S. Department of Commerce/U.S. Commercial Service to help our companies to grow locally and to create jobs locally by expanding their exports and sales to new markets," said Bruce Coleman, the city of Murrieta's director of economic development.

Companies interested in arranging one-on-one meetings need to contact Bruce Coleman at Bcoleman@murrieta.org. The meetings will be arranged on a first come, first served basis.
