City of Murrieta Announces Commission Vacancies; Seeks Applicants

Applicants are sought for vacant seats on the City's Planning, Traffic, Community Services and Library Advisory commissions.

The City of Murrieta invites interested residents 18 years of age or older to apply to serve on the following commissions with three-year terms.

Applicants are sought for one seat on the Planning Commission; two seats on the Traffic Commission; two seats on the Community Services Commission; and one seat on the Library Advisory Commission.

More information, along with applications, may be obtained from the City Clerk’s office or from the City Clerk’s page on the City website at Murrieta.org. Applicants applying for a position on the Planning Commission will be required to complete a supplemental questionnaire. Planning Commission applications cannot be considered without a supplemental questionnaire attached.

Return completed applications to the City Clerk's Office at City Hall, 1 Town Square. The deadline for returning applications is 5:30 p.m. on May 2.
