Winchester Man, Woman Arrested in Killing of Temecula-Area Man

A third suspect, the victim's nephew, was arrested last week.

Two more suspects have been arrested in the killing of a Temecula-area man last week.

Ian Inserra, 36, and Patty Ann Lamourex, 45, both of Winchester, were arrested by Riverside County Sheriff's investigators this morning, according to sheriff's Sgt. Brian Reno.

Bradley Capen, 53, was found dead July 6 in his home on Las Caballos Road in an unincorporated area of Temecula. Sheriff's deputies responded to the home after receiving a report of a possible assault with a deadly weapon.

Sheriff's investigators developed additional information that led to the arrests of Inserra and Lamoureux early Tuesday, Reno said.

Inserra was arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder and robbery. Lamoureux was arrested on suspicion of acting as an accessory to the crime.

Lamourex was being held at Robert Presley Detention Center on $5,000 bail.

Inserra was being held at Southwest Detention Center. No bail had been set.
