Winchester Man Nabbed In Gang Sweep
All arrestees were booked at Southwest Detention Center in French Valley.
A 19-year-old Winchester man was arrested by sheriff’s deputies as part of a gang sweep this week that netted eight people.
“The goal of this type of operation is to verify persons released from custody are complying with the terms and conditions of their release from incarceration, and are not engaging in criminal activity,” the statement read. “During the course of this operation, deputies located several subjects who were adhering to their conditions. However, deputies did arrest eight people for a variety of criminal charges.”

- Samuel Mendoza, 19 years old, Winchester
Under the influence of controlled substance. - Eric Tanory, 28 years old, of Perris
Violation of parole, possession of a controlled substance, under the influence of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of burglary tools. - Jamie Siguente, 26 years old, of Perris
Possession of controlled substance, under the influence of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. - Richard Delariva, 21 years old, of Perris
Violation of probation and felon in possession of ammunition. - Bobby August, 31 years old, of Perris-Violation of parole, under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
- Lena Amparan, 26 years old, of Perris
Under the influence of controlled substance. - Mark Levesque, 21 years old, of Perris
Violation of probation and under the influence of controlled sunstance. - Christopher Delucio, 30 years old, of Perris
Violation of parole, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, under the influence of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
According to the sheriff’s statement, all those arrests were booked at Southwest Detention Center in French Valley.
