Winchester Man Jailed on Suspicion of Killing Uncle

Kyle Miller, 28, was arrested within hours of sheriff's deputies discovering his uncle's body.

A Winchester man suspected of killing his uncle was behind bars today.

Kyle Miller, 28, was arrested on suspicion of murdering 53-year-old Bradley Capen.

Riverside County Sheriff's deputies discovered Capen's body when they responded at about 9 a.m. Wednesday to his home in the 44900 block of Los Caballos Road in an unincorporated area of Temecula.

They responded to the residence to investigate a report of an assault, and discovered the body inside the home.

Sheriff's Sgt. Brian Reno alleged that evidence linked Miller to the attack, and he was arrested without incident hours later at a residence in Winchester.

Miller was booked into the Southwest Detention Center in Murrieta, where he was being held in lieu of $1 million bail.
