Suspects Sought in Beer Run, Attempted Robbery

Three suspects—who allegedly tried to strike the same Circle K twice—punched and pushed the store clerk, according to Murrieta police.

Three suspects who allegedly pulled off a beer run at a Murrieta convenience store and then returned to strike the same store are wanted for attempted robbery.

At about 2:49 a.m. April 25, the suspects entered at 41010 California Oaks Road and did the first beer run, according to a flier posted by Murrieta police.

The same allegedly suspects returned at 3 a.m. the following night, Apri 26, and picked out two 24-packs of Budweiser.

When the clerk confronted them, the suspects allegedly pushed and punched the clerk in the face.

They eventually dropped the case of beer and took off from the store in a dark red sedan, according to police.

The first suspect was described as a black male between 17 and 21 years old with brown hair and brown eyes wearing camouflage shorts and a black sweatshirt.

The second suspect was described as a black male between 16 and 25 years old wearing a dark sweatshirt and green hat or beanie.

The third suspect was described as a white male between 16 and 22 years old with blond hair and wearing a gray shirt and black pants.
