There was no word on whether a second suspect had been arrested yet.

One of the victims in the attack was taken to a local hospital to be treated for injuries, officials said.

Deputy Alberto Martinez, a spokesperson for the Riverside County Sheriff's Department, said there were "no updates on the case, it is still on going and once information comes in we will update..."

Miler was being held on suspicion of violation of state parole, kidnapping for ransom or robbery, conspiracy to commit a felony and chemical assault.
