Pedestrian Struck By Car in Menifee

One person was seriously injured Sunday after being struck by a car in Menifee. Police are investigating the cause of the accident.

A pedestrian suffered serious injuries Sunday when struck by a vehicle in Menifee, the California Highway Patrol reported.

The call about the accident in front of 33051 Gypsum Street came in at 5:15 p.m., according to the CHP.

The cause of the crash was under investigation but a blood technician ― they check for alcohol or drugs ― was called by authorities, the CHP reported.
