Felony charges are expected to be filed tomorrow against a parolee suspected of killing a woman whose body was found in a burned out mobile home in Winchester.
The remains of Autumn Kissinger, 50, were discovered by firefighters after they knocked down a blaze that destroyed her residence Thursday morning at 33600 El Centro Lane.
The cause of death has not been determined.
On Friday, Riverside County sheriff's investigators arrested 51-year-old David James Lillard in connection with Kissinger's death.
Lillard was taken into custody without incident outside a house at 27389 Presley St. in Menifee and booked into the Smith Correctional Facility in Banning on suspicion of murder, arson and parole violations. He's being held without bail.
Prosecutors are reviewing the case.
Sheriff's officials would not disclose Kissinger's and Lillard's relationship, if any, or what alleged evidence linked him to her death.
According to court records, Lillard has prior convictions for assault with a deadly weapon, battery and failure to register as a sex offender.
