Man and Boy Arrested in Connection with Shooting

A man and a boy were arrested in connection with a shooting in Homeland that left one person with a gunshot wound, a sheriff's deputy said Sunday.

Dispatchers received a 911 call at 10 p.m. Friday and sent deputies to the 26000 block of Ritter Avenue, near Highway 74. The victim was sent to a hospital but his medical condition was not immediately known, Riverside County sheriff's Deputy Albert Martinez said.

The suspects were arrested in relation to the shooting, but Martinez said he was uncertain about the charges for which they were taken into custody.

The age of the boy, or a motive behind the shooting, was not disclosed.

Yeah, you are right. As I look at several other articles it is on top of EVERY article in a daily occurrence. Not! Show me 10 articles that the shootist ad is on and I will gracefully apologize for my mistake. And I was not taking either side on the gun issue, I was just pointing out the oddity of the ad on top of the article.

Hopefully we can agree this story doesn't deserve to have a headline or even a paragraph about it since there's really nothing being reported here

LOL...LOL...LOL...LOL. Okay Alek, I'm Downs and you're a faggot. The news media always sends out news releases whenever something bad happens and guns are involved. They're promoting gun control. They're scaring the public by sensationalizing on how bad guns are. Fortunately, they can't break thru the 2nd amendment.

Hate to mess up your theory Mike but the ads are cookie generated. All my ads are about fitness - no shootist, or otherwise. Regardless the story sucks. Patch has become non news I don't know why I bother to log in anymore. I guess I keep hoping something interesting will pop up. The comments are more interesting than the news reported.
