I-215 Northbound Lane in Murrieta Reopens After Wreck

An accident involving a motorcycle and at least one vehicle caused authorities to close one lane of traffic on northbound Interstate 215 Wednesday night in Murrieta, CHP reported.

A lane on northbound Interstate 215 in Murrieta was blocked for nearly two hours Wednesday night while authorities worked an accident scene, California Highway Patrol reported.

The accident was reported just after 9 p.m. near Murrieta Hot Springs Road, according to CHP's online dispatch log.

Unconfirmed reports were that the crash may have involved a motorcycle and at least one vehicle.

An ambulance was sent to the scene, but the extent of injuries was unclear.

Tow trucks were required.

The wreckage was cleared and all lanes were restored by 10:51 p.m, CHP reported.

I drove past last night, I hate to see accidents but motorcycles just hit me. My husband rides so it hits close to home. I pray for all those involved and pray no one passed.

Wondering if they got a hold of the guys family I would of hated for him to have been all by himself it was the most awful experience pulling up to the scene I want his family to know that prayers were said for him before any help arrived that's the first thing I did there was a nurse that showed up and she took his vitals until the paramedics showed up prayers are with everyone who was at the scene and for him and his family members thank you to all the emergency medical responders your jobs are priceless you definately go above and beyond and don't make the money you should. Thank you to our CHPs for keeping our highways safe you guys also have a tough jobs especially when you deal with accidents like this. This was tramactic for me life changing.

Andrea, the young man from the motorcycle is a good friend of my daughter. Thanks for praying. Keep praying for him. He's had EXTENSIVE surgery. It's so comforting to know you cared, that the nurse came by, and to the emergency personnel!

I'm so glad to hear he is doing okay I can't quit thinking about him and him being alone by himself it made me really upset still praying I was told he didn't make it so glad to hear different thank you so much God is good
