Hydrocodone Stolen in Pharmacy Burglary, Police Say

An unidentified suspect allegedly broke into Pro Care Pharmacy on Hancock Avenue early May 5, stealing several bottles of Hyrdocodone.

A suspect who allegedly broke into a Murrieta pharmacy and stole multiple bottles of Hydrocodone is sought by police.

At 3 a.m. Saturday, the suspect entered at 25405 Hancock Ave. by breaking a window and then punching a hole in the drywall between the lab and the pharmacy, according to a flier posted by Murrieta police.

The suspect crawled to the shelves containing Hydrocodone—also known as Vicodin—and removed seven bottles, then also forced open cabinets taking more bottles of Hydrocodone, according to police.

The suspect was described as a man, possibly black, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, gray sweatpants and gloves.

Anyone with information on the suspect was asked to call Sgt. Phil Gomez at the Murrieta Police Department at 951-461-6356.
