Firefighters Quickly Contain Menifee Blaze
The fire was reported overnight at a single store home.
Riverside County firefighters say they quickly extinguished a fire in Menifee that was reported early Wednesday morning.
The fire was reported at 12:28 a.m. at a home in the 23500 block of Cassandra Drive, according to Melody Hendrickson of the Riverside County Fire Department.
By 12:42 a.m., the fire had been contained to a back bedroom by the six responding firefighters, according to the spokeswoman.
The cause is under investigation.
