Family Horse Reported Stolen From Temecula Property

A horse was reportedly stolen from a Temecula property and the owners want her back.

The small black Thoroughbred mare named "Molly" was allegedly taken sometime during the night of Dec. 27 from the family property at 41101 Lomar Circle.

“My horse was stolen right off our property Thursday night or early Friday morning … right here in Wine Country,” wrote Betty Butler.

Butler said police have been contacted, and leads about possible suspects have been provided, but she’s looking for all the help she can get in finding the 9-year-old horse.

Molly is described as standing 15-hands tall, with one partially white hoof and one small patch of white hair on her back.
