Booking Photo Released: Beaumont Man Nabbed with Gun, Drugs in Raid

37-year-old Don Aguirre was arrested this week after police caught up with the wanted parolee and found him to be in several violations of his parole, according to Hemet police.

A jail booking photo was released Wednesday of a Beaumont man who was found to be in possession of a gun, methamphetamine and a stolen car-- while out on parole, according to police.

Don Aguirre, 37, of Beaumont was tracked down by the Hemet police Parole Apprehension Team in the 2700 block of West Devonshire Avenue, where he was taken into custody without incident around 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.

He is now back behind bars at the Banning jail, being held without bail, according to online inmate records.

Aguirre had been sought for suspected parole violations. When investigators raided the apartment in which he was residing, they allegedly uncovered an undisclosed amount of methamphetamine, ammunition and a stolen gun, according to Hemet police Lt. Eric Dickson.

The vehicle that Aguirre, a convicted felon, had been using was determined to be stolen as well, Dickson said.

Riverside County court records indicate that Aguirre has a criminal background that includes a conviction for spousal abuse in 2000 and carjacking in 2006.

NO Karen you said his history was NOT violent just drugs. I showed you that you were full of shit. And if you don't pull up peoples records how can you decide? PS he never once plead guilty it was all trials! SOOOOOOOOO he is the type to fight the courts. And no sane person would ever plead guilty to these charges! Karen if I were you I would quit posting and stop bringing your nasty gang banging cousin to our attention! Geeze now I want to go see what he did before 05 And Karen we both know it won't go well for your claim of him being a good guy cuz the 05 charge of corporal punishment was NOT the worse thing this criminal has done in this century....He is a three striker and ought to stay out of our community.

hmmm you don't judge? So you wouldn't mind be housed in jail with a sex offender...or child killer? And do you mean "treat everyone the same" that you are willing to commit crimes on people of all walks of life?
