Bike Theft Suspects Sought

The Murrieta Police Department released surveillance photos of two men suspected of stealing bicycles from outside of McDonald's earlier this week.

The Murrieta Police Department has released surveillance photos of two men suspected of stealing bicycles while the teenage victims sat in McDonald's.

The suspects allegedly took the bikes at 5:36 p.m. June 27 from the at 39888 Los Alamos Road.

Combined, the bikes are valued at $2,300.

According to the victims, the two suspects fled the area on the stolen bikes in a westbound direction on Los Alamos Road, said Murrieta police Sgt. Phil Gomez in a news release.

Anyone with information on the alleged crime or who can identify either suspect is asked to contact Sgt. Gomez at 951-461‐6356 or the on‐duty watch commander at 951-696‐3615.
