TEMECULA DRIVERS

Listen, I'm not sure how long it's been since people in this city have taken a driver's test and refreshed on the road rules. But I'm pretty sure that turning from the second lane from the right is still NOT LEGAL!
In the past 2 days I have seen 2 different drivers doing this, and each has put someone in harm's way! The clown in the blue corvette who turned right onto Jefferson (N) from WInchester (W): I GET that the legal turning lane is horrendous at certain times of the day. A new offramp is being built. Please be patient and stop thinking you are ABOVE waiting or entitled to a quicker way out. You came within INCHES of killing 2 people in the crosswalk!!! I'm not sure if your car hit the bike and that's why the young man jumped off--or if it only looked like you did. But your DAMN lucky he was able to hop off and storm across the road! Clue: from the second lane over- you CAN NOT see the cross walk activity. You should have hit your knees that night and thanked your god/gods you were able to slam your brake in the midst of acceleration! ps-You're a complete dangerous moron.

Too the young girl in the blue Honda Ridgeline--typical punk driver. There is a legal turning lane on Jefferson onto Overland. Use it! You came so close to causing the lady in the white car (in the correct lane) to hit the side of your car! There wasn't even enough room for you, much less turning from that lane! Watching you chase her down to flip her off was very confusing to me--um, YOU were the one at fault. You are lucky she didn't smack into you. 
WHat is the deal with everyone being so impatient? Just settle DOWN people! 
Does anyone besides me think people should have to retake driver's license tests for refreshers/new rules, etc at least once every so often? I don't think I've ever retaken a test. And my picture is prob 20 yrs old to boot. Maybe that's part of the problem with idiot drivers???
