White 1/2 ton truck with punk driver tonight sitting at Winchester to Jefferson for a left hand turn, and his nose to his texting too busy ignoring the light tuning green - - - - how about staying off the roads until you learn to drive properly.   Next time it will be a snapshot of your liscense plate.
