About the Job
Computer and Support technician needed for a IT support company located in Murrieta/Temecula area.​ If you are customer service oriented, have strong communication skills, and like working with people and computers, WE WANT YOU!! You will provide support to existing and new clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting clients with servers, computers, routers and mobile devices. Support consists of onsite and remote support. You will be expected to maintain and build relationships with current business customers who have service contracts with our company.

Job Description
Respond to telephone calls, emails and customer requests for technical support
Provide on-site support to end users on a variety of issues
Document and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution
Ability to conceptualize the inter-relatedness of information technology components (software, 
   hardware, servers, networks, etc.​) 
Able to effectively support a variety of systems and end-users
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
Ability to walk, stand, stoop, crouch, kneel and reach.
Ability to climb ladders
Possession of valid California driver’s license and access to insured vehicle to travel to off-site customers as needed.​
Ability to work flexible hours.
Ability to perform effectively and independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to multitask efficiently
Able to work under pressure
Ability to exercise individual creativity as well as problem solve accurately and efficiently

Job Requirements
Familiarity with a variety of tech support concepts, practices, and procedures
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to work with users at many technological levels
Must be willing to travel to remote offices
Must have a solid work ethic, determination, and self-direction 
Weekend work will be needed only occasionally
Maintain customer confidentiality
Honest, punctual, and good work ethic

Technical Requirements
Configure & Troubleshoot small/​office networks
Extensive knowledge of Windows XP and newer OS
Microsoft Office 2003 and newer
Microsoft Server 2003 and newer
Microsoft Exchange
Create and recover Ghost images
Complete knowledge of IP networking, including routing and switching
Knowledge of systems management, performance tuning and monitoring tools
Active Directory, DNS implementations, and Group Policies
Networking standards, protocols, security, troubleshooting, and performance tuning

Beneficial Skills
Telephone system and cabling experience is a plus
CompTIA A+
Network+
MSCE
etc…
