2. Get to know Phil Paule and candidates for the 67th State Assembly District, by attending a forum from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. tonight at Webb Hall, 26850 Sun City Blvd. in Menifee. 4. The Riverside County Office of Aging, along with Supervisor Jeff Stone and Councilman Rick Gibbs, are hosting CarFit, a free 20-minute safety check-up for older drivers. CarFit takes place from 9 a.m. to noon Oct. 17 at the Murrieta Senior Center, 41717 Juniper Street. A special business event, Entrepreneur Conference “Building Sustainable Businesses,” sponsored by Redtail Capital, will be taking place from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the Murrieta Innovation Center located at 2644 Beckman Court in Murrieta. A series of speakers will discuss issues of importance to entrepreneurs, including funding, the JOBS Act, sustainable investing, new incubators in the area, and more. The Murrieta Innovation Center is located in the former City Hall building and is being opened up to entrepreneurs who are creating innovation in the medical and defense technology sectors.
