Join the Murrieta Pointe Shopping Center, Couture Fashion and PrettyMe Boutique for their "Holiday Naughty or Nice Jungle Mingle."

1. The start to the weekend could be the last before winter weather returns, according to the National Weather Service. Expect sunny skies today with a high near 68. Tonight will be mostly clear with a low near 37. Wet and wintry weather is expected to return late Sunday into the beginning of the week.

2. Join the Murrieta Pointe Shopping Center, and PrettyMe Boutique for their "Holiday Naughty or Nice Jungle Mingle" beginning at 3 p.m.  Center participants include Salon O, , and . Cocktails, appetizers and hors d'oeuvres will be stationed throughout the shopping center. The event will also include secret raffles, dancing, live performances, a fashion show and pictures with Santa. The shopping center is at 40735 Murrieta Hot Springs Road. This year the proceeds from Couture Fashion will benefit Wishes for Children; the proceeds from PrettyMe Boutique will benefit the Rady Children's Peckham Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders. 

3. is hosting the Inland Empire Cheer and Dance Championships beginning at 10 a.m. This extraordinary competition provides cheerleaders and dancers at all levels the opportunity to showcase their talents and compete for the title of Inland Empire Champions. Spectator admission is $10. Children under 2 are free. There is no charge for parking. 

4. Gear up the kids for the holidays! is guaranteed to create a buzz with children with its free Saturday craft. Between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., children have the chance to create and decorate a jolly snowman. This adorable snowman will add a cool holiday touch to any decorative display.  Located at 24420 Village Walk Place, all materials are included.

5. The stars of reality show "Pawn Stars" will be offering appraisals at Pechanga Resort and Casino today. Corey "Big Hoss" Harrison, Rick Harrison, Austin "Chum Lee" Russell and the "Old Man" will be at Club Silk from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., according to the casino's website. Each visitor is limited to one item, and no vehicles or weapons will be allowed.
