Thursday Night's Girls' Southwestern League Results

The Vista Murrieta Broncos remained perfect in the SWL, improving to 6-0 by defeating Temecula Valley 57-37 Thursday night. Brittney Reed scored 18 points and had 13 rebounds, Jaelyn Brown added 16 points and 11 boards, and Yuendi Guridi had 10 points and 10 steals. The Broncos are now 18-5 overall.
Murrieta Mesa lost a tough game to Chaparral 42-37. The Rams' Mikayla Greens scored 15 points and Kiersta Tanner added 11. Mesa dropped to 2-4 in league and 12-10 overall.
Murrieta Valley lost to Great Oak 60-19 as the Nighthawks fell to 2-4 in league and 13-9 overall. Simone Jimerson led MVHS with 3 points and 9 rebounds.
