Tuesday Night's Girls' High School Basketball Roundup

The Vista Murrieta girls' basketball team continued its winning ways, beating Murrieta Valley 54-44 Tuesday night. The Broncos remain alone in first place in the Southwestern League with a 3-0 record (15-5 overall). The Nighthawks, led by Ariana Hernandez, who had 21 points, fell to 0-3 in league and 11-8 on the season.
Murrieta Mesa's girls defeated Temecula Valley 51-39 as junior Mikayla Greens scored 26 points and had 15 rebounds. The Rams are now 2-1 and 12-7 overall.
