Free Car to Go to Someone in Need

Inland Valley Napa Auto Care is asking the community to nominate deserving individuals through an online essay contest.

Inland Valley Napa Auto Care in Murrieta wants to give away a car this Christmas.

The company is asking the community to nominate worthy recipients by submitting essays. Those who know a deserving, disadvantaged person can submit a 500-word or less essay online.

The car is a completely refurbished 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer.

It can be viewed from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday at the Murrieta Farmers Market, held weekly at the Village Walk Plaza off Kalmia Street (near Babies R Us).

Essays will be accepted until Dec. 21 and the winner announced on Dec. 22. To enter, visit Inlandnapaautocare.com.

In May, Inland Valley Napa Auto Care gave a single Temecula mother a car. She was nominated through the online essay contest.
