Hold Them Accountable
Grand juries need to be used to hold elected officials accountable for violating the Constitution.
Every city, county and state employee must take an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution.They violate the document they have sworn to obey on a daily basis. Any of the rules, regulations, ordinances or codes that violate the Constitution are not lawful. When elected officials sustain unconstitutional laws they violate their oath and are guilty of treason. The rules, regulations and codes are the strategies that our elected officials use to pick our pockets and steal our freedom and property.
In order to see a restoration of the principles of liberty, we must demand that our local leaders protect us rather than seeking to control us. The County District Attorney needs to convene grand juries to investigate elected officials that are suspected of violating their oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution. Protecting the people of Riverside County from the abuse of the government should be their No. 1 responsibility.
