The Murrieta Senior Center's annual coat drive got underway Oct. 1, and there is still time to contribute.
Donations can be dropped off at the Senior Center through Friday, Oct. 11.
Community members are encouraged to dig deep into their closets in search of gently-used jackets, sweaters and coats for women, men and/or children. The coats will be distributed to those in need in the local area as the colder months approach.
The Senior Center is located at 5 Town Square and is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
