Police Activities League Bicycle Safety Clinic and Barbecue

Southwest Riverside youth are invited to S.A.F.E.’s Police Activities League (P.A.L.) Bike Clinic and Barbecue.

Officers from Temecula/Murrieta Police Departments will work with the kids on how to take care of their bikes, as well as share some practical ride safety that everyone should know before going out on a ride.

This event is not only for the P.A.L. kids but for all kids interested in taking care of their bike and bike safety. The youth not enrolled in P.A.L. must be accompanied by a parent.

P.A.L. is a great way to get the youth involved in their community to work with each other and our local law enforcement. This program offers mountain biking, boxing, fiber arts, kayaking, sailing and community service oriented projects, just to mention a few.

Join us from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Sept. 10, and learn how to care for your bike, good safety tips and meet the people involved with the Police Activities League….it’s a fun and rewarding place to be.
