Self Confidence and Self Worth Workshop -Murrieta Valley Adult School

This class is
designed for female students to promote positive self-esteem and self-worth
through leadership and life skills activities while promoting character and
moral development. Subject areas that will be covered: self-esteem, respect, my
attitude, modesty, bullying, teamwork, and goal setting. Students from the age
of 13 to 18 are welcome. It will be held every Thursday from October 10th
through November 17th 5:30 to 7:30 pm at Vista Murrieta High School. Cost: $45 Register up online:

About the Instructor: Ms.

Hollowell is the director and founder of a teen girl mentor program. She has

experience working at the high school level with teen girls through girls’

basketball, softball, and cheer. She presently works in the counseling office

of a comprehensive high school and holds a master's degree in education with an

emphasis in counseling. She also has a bachelor's degree in human development.
