Murrieta Field of Honor Military Resource Day, Marines Celebration & American Soldier Concert

The 2012 Murrieta Field of Honor is a service project of the Rotary Club of Murrieta and will include 2,012 American Flags flying in Murrieta's Town Square Park from Nov. 4-11.


Special events include:


Veterans Resource Day, for veterans and active military, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Reserving spaces for organizations which work with military families through educational resources, employment opportunities, veterans’ benefits and other services. Proceeds from the space rentals will go toward scholarships for Murrieta High School seniors whose parents are in military service or are first responders, according to organizers. www.murrietafieldofhonor.com
