Beginning Yoga Class at Murrieta Public Library

MURRIETA, CA – Certified yoga instructor Susiana Lechiara will teach a beginning yoga class for adults on Thursday, November 7. This one hour class will begin at 2:00 p.m. and will be held in the Murrieta Library’s Community Room.

Lechiara has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and has been teaching since 2006. She is certified through Yoga Fit and the Arthritis Foundation and has been teaching at a variety of fitness organizations, including 24Hour Fitness, YMCA, Sweat Cardio and PowerPro.

Beginning yoga is a great introduction to yoga and is wonderful for all ages 18 years and up.  Dressing appropriately and bringing your own mat or towel is recommended.

The class is limited to the first 25 participants and tickets will be available in the foyer starting at 1:30 p.m.
