Public Invited to Soldier's Homecoming Parade
A procession escorting the family of Sgt. Eric E. Williams will exit Interstate 15 onto Kalmia Street at approximately 2:40 p.m. today, then turn left onto Jefferson Avenue to go past Murrieta City Hall.
Murrieta police and fire will escort the family today of in a transport from Camp Pendleton to England Mortuary.
The public is invited to welcome the procession as it exits Interstate 15 north onto Kalmia Street at approximately 2:40 p.m. today.
The procession will then turn left onto Kalmia and left onto Jefferson Avenue, going past City Hall and the Police Department, according to Murrieta police Sgt. James Gruwell.

The public was welcome to line the streets near City Hall, Gruwell said.
