Night-time Lane Closures Set for I-215
Lane closures begin Wednesday and run through Sunday morning this week.
Night-time lane closures are in effect on Interstate 215 in Murrieta this week as work on the freeway widening project progresses.
Lane closures are required on southbound I-215 from Clinton Keith Road to Murrieta Hot Springs Road between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. Wednesday, May 16 and Thursday May 17, according to the Riverside County Transportation Commission.
Lane closures will also be in place for northbound I-215 from Murrieta Hot Springs Road to Clinton Keith Road between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. Wednesday, May 16, and Thursday, May 17.

Lane closures will occur Friday, May 18—from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. on the southbound side and 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. on the northbound side.
On Saturday, May 19, lane closures on the southbound side are required from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., and on the northbound side, from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.

No detours will be required during these closures since at least one lane will remain open, according to RCTC.
