Get Out: Five Ideas For Your Weekend

Every rose has its thorn this weekend, but it's still going to be fun.,

Music fills this weekend with a chance to see a favorite musical, participate in an homage to the days of Poison and catch several free shows. It's going to rock.

Our goal is to make the Get Out planner as reliable as possible, but keep in mind, some events change at the last minute. We advise calling ahead just in case.

Why Go: The Fine Arts Network Theatre Company presents this classic Rodgers and Hammerstein musical, "Oklahoma." A cast of talented actors bring the story and its familiar songs to life.

Why Go: Every rose has its thorn this weekend at the Storm game. Fans got to pick the promo for the evening and thus, '80s Hair Metal Night was born. The evening will feature fireworks, contests, music and at least three cans of Aqua Net.

Why Go: Acoustic dynamos Sister Speak perform their mix of original songs and live covers on Friday night. The Tomcats play Saturday night and deliver a rocking mix of country, blues, oldies and classic rock.
