Nominations are sought to recognize the Temecula Valley's "young movers and shakers."
The Murrieta Chamber of Commerce is accepting nominations for the area's "Forty Under 40" through Jan. 31. Nominees must be under 40 years old as of Feb. 21, and must live and/or work in the Murrieta, Temecula, Wildomar, Lake Elsinore area.
"The 'Forty Under 40' will be judged on their outstanding achievements and community service impact," according to an emailed announcement from the Murrieta Chamber of Commerce.
An awards dinner honoring those chosen as the "Forty Under 40" is planned for 6:30 p.m. Feb. 21 at the Lake Elsinore Storm Diamond Club.
Tickets to the event are $40. Event sponsors are also sought.
